Yahoo lays off 675 employees.
“Challenging economic conditions” are being blamed for the loss of 5% or 675 employees at Yahoo.  This follows the 1000 sacked in January and the 1500 let go last year. Yahoo have had a 78% drop in profit from the same period a year ago, no wonder they feel they need to let people go.
