Verizon is holding everyone hostage with threats of job cuts while hiring outside contractors. They work their employees hard and then cut them without much of a warning. This ruthless company is being run into the ground by upper management who seems to have forgot that good customer service is what makes or breaks a company over the long haul. Verizon who will be replacing your poor reputation with good managment skills soon? Hopefully someone with better training than the managment at Verizon.
